The Sweet Beneath program and Rose attunement work have been incredibly inspirational for me. Lara stood by my side for a number of mentoring sessions helping me work through tremendous physical and spiritual trauma. Needless to say how deep her knowledge and intuition is. What made her work outstanding was her absolute integrity!

She knows her boundaries, is radically respectful and aware that healing often comes subtlety and only works within a safe container. Working with Lara and has been absolutely transformational. I first met her in 2016 at the Garden of Peace in Peru and knew the plant teachers had something so magical to bring through her.
